Job Description
- Assist in all aspects of the bookkeeping.
- Concession commission weekly data submission.
- Reviewing and approving payment runs on a weekly basis.
- Balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
- Prepare monthly payroll submission.
- Month-end journals posting.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and reforecasts.
- Assist in the year end audit work.
- Process all customer and VAT refunds and ensure all systems are updated accordingly.
- Working closely with the Management Accountant on ad hoc work and requests.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- AAT Qualified.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships both internally and externally at all levels
- Good attention to detail
- Experience in using Navision preferable
- Strong excel skills
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as and when required which may fall outside of their normal job description
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Can do and proactive attitude
