Job Description
Perform account reconciliations, monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Generate debt management report monthly for review and action accordingly
Set invoices up for payment, processing of remittances as required, applying supplier payments as well as resolving creditors' queries
Post transactions to journals, ledgers and reconcile accounts payable transactions
Accrue quarterly depreciation charge based on fixed asset information
Generate a trial balance reporting upon completion of income and expense allocation
Assist in the preparation of annual budget in line with the organization’s budgeting policy
Assist in the annual account preparation for Independent examination, maintaining an up-to-date filing system, electronic and hard copies.
Deal with outsourced payroll provider

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Part qualified or QBE Accountants
Proactive approach and problem solving skills
Experience in influencing and supporting budget holders
Excellent interpersonal skills
Very strong book-keeping experience
