Assistant Accountant
Full-time, Temporary
Job Description
- Raising sales invoices
- Posting purchase invoices in local and foreign currency
- Dealing with customer / supplier / broker queries
- Setting up payments in the bank
- Posting payments / receipts in accounting software
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing and other administrative tasks
- Possibly assisting with month end reporting and other reports if required
- Any other reasonable ad hoc task when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Willingness to learn
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivots and lookups)
- Able to priorities effectively
- Quick to learn
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Well organized and pro-active
- Flexible and reliable

- Access Dimension experience (desirable)
