Job Description
- Provide accurate financial information for both internal and external use.
- Preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and costings for new projects.
- Analysis of budget and forecast variances
- Production and development of management reports to monitor business performance, including contract and project reporting.
- Preparation and submission of payroll information for review by Head of Finance and Head of HR Management
- Responsible for the supervision and appraisal and development of all staff in roles for which the post has line management responsibility.
- To ensure day to day financial transactions are carried out.
- Review and ensure appropriate banking facilities are in place to meet the ongoing requirements of the organization
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day system issues
- Ensure accounts are reconciled to management accounts in preparation for year-end audit.
- Assist the Head of Corporate Services in the preparation of budgets for tender submissions and funding applications.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Be an active Studier or finalist stage
- Good IT Skills
- Some experience of managing more junior members of the team
