Job Description
- Reporting to financial controllers and working with the housing construction and sales teams.
- Performing accounting journals and involvement in the reporting of housing assets and/or disposals.
- Performing monthly reconciliations to investigate and resolve variances.
- Responding to auditor queries and involvement in producing statutory financial statements.
- Part of a wider team with technical accounting and controls responsibilities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified by experience or part qualified
- Desire to learn and develop, with the opportunity of taking on more complex tasks
