Job Description
Using understanding accounting to support the accounts department.
Maintaining spreadsheets with accuracy.
Checking the accuracy of client royalty statements against contracts.
Preparing client ledger accounts.
Processing clients’ booking with the accounts system and issuing invoices on their behalf.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant position.
Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping.
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Proactive approach to work.
Able to priorities tasks and take the initiative.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Capable of working under pressure.
Advanced use of Microsoft office programs and spreadsheets.
