Job Description

To oversee and perform financial activities and processes while complying with corporate guidelines and governance

• General ledger control
• Recon of monthly balance sheets
• Responsible for VAT
• Managing cash flow
• Month, quarter and year end close processes as well as financial statements
• Internal audit control
• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable finance assistants
• Control of payroll and pension
• Support auditing requirements
• Control and support financial reporting / Statements
• Liaise with internal departments and consultants in other regions
• Reports as needed
• Assist with budget processes
• Ensuring the company complies with statutory and legal requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ACCA or similar qualification essential
• Knowledge of IFRS required
• Experience as a financial controller / similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical mind set with ability to multitask
• Proactive and dynamic personality.
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power BI)
• Fluent in Dutch (Written & Spoken) an advantage
