Job Description
- Managing external administrators, depository, auditors, tax advisors, lawyers as well as managing relationship with external lender
- Responsible for overseeing finance function of a number of project vehicles
- Management and oversight of external Management Services providers teams in charge of the fund’s assets
- Support fund raising activities with pitching the financial and commercial management regime in place
- Directorship responsibilities for Fund structure companies, including various projects
- Participating to the overall improvement of processes throughout the Fund and assets management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant, ideally with a financial services background or fund management
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA candidates would be welcomed
- Strong financial experience of complex structures, within fund management environment
- Business partnering mentality with experience of communicating with asset managers, MSA providers and investors
- Strong communication, interpersonal and managerial skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Able to demonstrate initiative and judgement in carrying out day-to-day role
- Proactive attitude
