Job Description
- Group accounting and consolidation for several international entities
- Assisting with monthly consolidated reporting to the board of directors and the annual board report
- Monthly financial reporting for key entities
- Monthly budget review meetings and budget reporting
- Responsible for managing the month-end close and reporting on budget variances
- Group cash-flow forecasting
- Management and review of the work of the Assistant Accountant
- Review of accounting journals including accruals and prepayments,
- Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The Financial Accountant will ideally have worked within Financial Accounting Reporting within a large international or group environment
- Applicants will be ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified with post qualification experience
- It is essential that the job holder has good IT skills including advanced Excel
