Job Description
- Preparation of monthly accounts and to develop a strong understanding of the accounts
- Meeting monthly cost Role and Responsibilities deadline
- Review of weekly cash flow and balances
- Review of monthly reconciliations (both balance sheet and contract reconciliations for all group companies)
- Maintenance and/or review of companies fixed asset register
- Preparation/review of VAT Returns
- Assist in checking purchase ledger payment runs
- Liaise with members in other cost centers to support and develop relationships across the company
- Identifying and recommending improvements to procedures and systems, in order to improve profitability
- To champion a "team spirit" that supports the company values and encourages fun and professionalism
