Job Description
- Involvement in drafting journals for complex transactions and review of accounting for less complex transactions
- Drafting statutory accounts for less complex entities and supporting auditors and assisting for the smooth running of the statutory audit processes
- Supporting the firm wide M&A and other Corporate Finance activity
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- An understanding of the financial markets
- An understanding of insurance intermediary business models
- ACCA or ACA qualification
- Experience with consolidation
