Job Description
- Preparation of weekly profit and loss accounts for the manufacturing facilities and provide commentary on variances
- Review of intercompany transactions, reconciliation of bank accounts and ensuring that payments are allocated to correct cost center/legal entity
- Control of balance sheet accounts with responsibility for accurate financial statement and cash position
- Responsibility for the accurate recording of accruals, prepayments as well as fixed asset register including posting of depreciations
- Work with the financial controller in respect to capital expenditure projects and their accurate statement within the accounts
- Liaise closely with the senior leadership team in providing robust and accurate financial information to aid in decision support around commercial aspects of manufacture
- Review of statutory payments such as pension, payroll, tax etc are accurately calculated, posted and provisioned within statutory timeframes
