Job Description
- Aligning targets with budget
- Maintain and update targets model on excel
- Partner with Divisional Managers
- Excel uploads in Tableau for operational reporting
- Run monthly revenue forecast
- Update and maintain models
- Run Crystal reports and export into Excel
- Calibration of employees’ performance for the year
- Excel model to be updated using various inputs on performance
- Liaise with managers to send out the employee performance output pdf’s on time
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Be available at short notice
- Strong excel skills
- Proven analysis and management accounting experience
