Job Description
- Posting invoices including: accruals, prepayments, including intercompany transactions
- Petty cash and expenses processing
- Process multi-currency bank payments on bank system
- Check and process staff expenses
- Post multi-currency bank transactions on Sage
- Monthly Sage Reconciliations
- Monthly business reviews costs / income / intercompany: analyses variances and provide feedback
- Ensuring reliable financial controls are adhered to
- Profit and loss and Balance Sheet work
- To support accounts team and non-finance staff
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Part Qualified Level
- Be able to work in a smaller team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Sage 1000 is desirable but not essential.
