Job Description
- Preparing period end accounting for various entities
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Overseeing and reviewing accounts prepared by outsourced provider
- Ensuring accounts payable function runs smoothly
- Acting as a key point of contact for audit process including providing information to auditors, managing timetables and preparing financial statements
- Assisting with preparation and submission of quarterly and yearly reporting & tax packs
- Reviewing multi-currency Bank reconciliations
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified accountant with good knowledge of accounting and financial processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to be hands on
- Confident, flexible team player
- Ability to plan and organise work to meet deadlines and determine priorities
- Advanced IT skills
