Job Description
All aspects of Accounts Payable
Various types of reconciliations
Prepare aged debtor and creditor reports for review by the Finance Director
Support the Finance Director with month and year-end processes, like accruals, prepayments, WIP.
Effective and regular monitoring of key issues and financial analyzing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum AAT L4
Experience in dealing with high volume purchase ledger transaction in various currencies
Accruals, Prepayment, WIP, Fixed Assets and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Organized and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Sage Line 50 and all round IT skills.
Reliable team player with strong communication and time management skills.
