Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Uploading, matching and checking supplier invoices and credit notes
- Setting up new suppliers and performing monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing staff expenses and assist in preparing and checking payment runs
- Assist in the YE audit and the wider finance team, as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Essential criteria:
- 3 years plus in a similar AP Manager role
- Previous people management experience
- Ablity and desire to improve systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Any experience within the construction/property/housebuilding sector would be advantageous, not essential.
