Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly accounts
• Fixed Asset Management
• Capex & Disposal Reporting
• Liaise with Group Accounts on Fixed Assets
• Processing Monthly Journals and Reports
• Key contact with Internal & External Auditors for Fixed Assets • Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliation’s
• Preparation of Monthly Credit Control KPi’s

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Review monthly accounts prior to submission to Financial Controller • Assist with Budgets, forecasts, salary reviews etc as required
• Ad hoc reports for management
• Support Sales Ledger Manager.
• Close of monthly sales ledger
• Run DD payments
• Audit requirements
