Job Description
- Reporting into the Site Manager
- Work on internal or external packages
- Support with inductions and toolbox talks
- Work in line with company programmes with understanding of customer care
- Ensure subcontractors work in line with programme and targets
- Ensure the No.1 on site is made aware of any issues not rectified
- Organise trades & labour and subcontractors
- Give clear direction to on-site team to ensure targets are met
- Ensure the on-site team are provided direction in terms of their responsibilities
- Working in accordance with specifications and build programme
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
- Monitor and drive through quality at all stages of the construction process
- Ensure remedial work completed before occupation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in residential build
- SMSTS, CSCS
- First Aid
